From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders
The company began by providing labour and expertise in cutting building material for the marine, road building and bridge building companies as well as cutting polystyrene for one of Australia’s leading polystyrene plants.

Poly-Tek Australia Pty Ltd is an 18 Year-Old family-owned business, based in Brisbane, that manufacturers innovative, cost effective and Pre-Finished solutions to the construction, building & civil industries. Our dynamic team has over 50 years of extensive experience in the building field.

Poly-Tek manufacture a full range of Acoustic fencing starting with our Economy Estate Fence for developers, an aesthetically pleasing Rendered Style Residential Fence and heavy-duty roadside and rail side Noise Barrier Panels that are DTMR and QR approved. All fence types in our range are cost effective alternatives to equivalent products.

Natasha has been in the role of National Marketing Manager for the past 14 years.
Natasha has over 20 years’ experience in sales with her previous position being National Major Accounts Manager at CSI Doors (now B&D Doors). This role saw her dealing and having strong business relationships with owners and high-level managers of Australia’s top 10 building companies.
Through these relationships and contacts Poly-Tek were able to get a strong foothold into the competitive residential building industry including acoustic fencing amongst other products.
We have a valued team of long term employees who are all specialists in their roles and whom we consider family.

For the past 14 years Jim has been responsible for Financial Control and Product & Equipment Development at Poly-Tek and he brings many years of experience in these areas.
For the proceeding 10 years Jim held the role of Chief Financial Officer & Operations Manager of J.L Leutenegger Pty Ltd which is a subsidiary of the publicly listed company HGL Limited. J. Leutenegger’s turnover was $20m with more than 30 staff under Jim’s direct control.

Neil has owned 3 small businesses over the past 25 Years, starting with a successful startup and sale of an individual off premise licensed liquor shop. He then successfully operated a Capt’n Snooze franchise for a period of 3 years during which it became the number one store in Queensland.
After selling the franchise Neil moved into the Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) industry where he has been involved with all facets of production from the moulding of the EPS to the production of the end products. Suffice to say he is extremely knowledgeable and credible in this industry.
For the past 14 years Neil has been Managing Director of Poly-Tek encompassing sales, management and new product implementation.
