Metecno Barrier

MetecnoBarrier Panels are made from a core of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) that provides superior fire performance over other composite panels. The outer skins are made from fibre cement and feature Poly-Tek’s signature Rendered Waterproof membrane.

MetecnoBarrier Panels are currently approved by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) in lengths of up to 3700mm long x 1100mm wide and 63mm thick. The panels have a male/female joint to ensure optimal acoustic and fire barrier performance, as well as preventing any thermal movement of the product when installed.

MetecnoBarrier Panels are manufactured entirely in Australia from local materials.

RenderSmart

RenderSmart offers the highest level of privacy with full panels used at a standard height of 1800mm or above. Alternatively, inserts can be used to break up the solid nature of the wall. Multiple insert types are available.

Poly-Tek render is a coating that improves the product’s durability and acts as a waterproofing membrane. Uncoated and rendered finishes are both paintable, allowing homeowners to customize their patios with any color of their choice.

The RenderSmart fence system, with a surface weight density of 20kgs m2, is an effective acoustic solution for properties on main roads or near rail lines, noisy neighbors, or smaller lots. RenderSmart comes with a 10 Year Warranty for complete peace of mind.
