RenderSmart Noise Barrier Panels are extremely versatile and used in many applications such as Service Stations, Aged Care developments, Child Care Centres, Car Washes, Land Estates, shopping centres and Non State Controlled roads.
RenderSmart Noise Barrier panels are supplied uncoated with plain FC skins or in a durable Rendered finish. In most instances for use in high noise walls the panels are installed between Universal Beams however heights of 3m and below a single RHS post system is achievable.
RenderSmart Noise Barrier panels make for a budget friendly noise fence solution.
Specifications and Options
RenderSmart is available in 2 finish options, render ready (uncoated) or with Poly-Tek’s signature ‘in house’ render style coating.
Fence Panels comprise of an outer 4.5 mm cementitious skin adhered to a lightweight core material which makes it strong yet lightweight.
Available in panel height increments of 900 mm & 1200 mm, panel lengths of 2400 mm & 3000 mm and 104 mm thick.
RenderSmart provides optimal privacy with full panels utilised at a standard height of 1800mm or above. Alternatively, inserts can be used to break up the solid nature of the wall. Multiple insert types are available.
The Poly-Tek render style coating improves the product’s durability and also acts as a waterproofing membrane. Both Uncoated & Rendered finish options are designed to be painted after installation with any quality outdoor paint.
With a surface weight density of 20kgs m2 the RenderSmart fence system is a very effective acoustic solution for properties on main roads or near rail lines, noisy neighbors or smaller lots. RenderSmart comes with a 10 Year Warranty for complete peace of mind.
