Builders love our Letterboxes as you don’t have the hassle of lost or stolen bricks and don’t need to rely on trades such as bricklayers and renderers.
They are also the perfect choice for homeowners who require a fully prefabricated, rendered and lockable Letterbox.
Along with our 6 standard modern designs, Poly-Tek Letterboxes are also available in Duplex and Triplex models as well as a Parcel Style letterbox option.
What are they made from?
Poly-Tek letterboxes have a high-density lightweight core which is coated in a durable polyurethane & sand textured render finish. The letterboxes include a steel post & screw anchor system to provide the ultimate in footing strength and easy installation.
Where to install your new letterbox
We recommend installing your new letterbox in a garden bed. If you choose to install your letterbox directly into your lawn, we suggest surrounding the base of the box with feature stones and/or rocks. An alternative to this would be to extend the concrete pad an additional 30mm around the base of the letterbox, which would effectively create a mower strip.
Installation Process
Our letterboxes are ready-to-install and have a pre-coated rendered finish so there is no need to employ a tradesperson as you would require to install a regular ‘bricked up’ style letterbox.
Detailed installation instructions are provided which makes installation easy.
Once installed, the only thing left to do is to paint the new letterbox in the colour of your choice, using a good quality exterior acrylic paint with a light reflective value of 35+.

- Fully lockable mail insert (2 keys provided)
- Brushed Silver mail insert to accommodate A4 size envelopes laying flat
- Option to paint over the brushed silver mail insert to match the colour of your home or façade
